Terms of Service

For All Customers

• A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your date.
• This deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance of payment is due the day of your function.
• All prices are subject to 7% sales tax. All prices are subject to change.

Pick-Up

Pick-up is available from either of our two locations — choose whichever is closer to your event:

• Oakdale: 7851 Steubenville Pike, Oakdale, PA 15071
• Leechburg: 29 Angel Dr, Leechburg, PA 15656

• Orders are packaged hot and ready to serve in disposable containers. Food quality and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer upon departure from our facility.
• Cold pick-ups are provided with reheating instructions; it is the customer's responsibility to follow those instructions and serve accordingly.

Delivery

Delivery is offered from both locations — Oakdale (Greater Pittsburgh area) and Leechburg (Allegheny Valley and surrounding area). Delivery fees are based on distance from the nearest Cooked Goose location to your event.

• Orders are delivered hot and ready to serve in disposable containers.
• Chafing units: $14.95 per set, available upon request.
• Food quality and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer upon departure of our staff.

Full Service

• Full-service events are subject to a 15% service fee.
• Additional labor fees may apply. Final labor needs are determined by our Event Specialist after the menu, guest count, and any additional service needs are finalized.
• Service: Our staff will set the buffet tables and refill them as needed. After food service, staff will bus the guest tables. Clothed tables must be prepared by the client.
• Clean-up: Staff will clean the buffet area and remove our equipment.
• Events on holidays and holiday weekends may be subject to additional fees.

Liability

Customer acknowledges that The Cooked Goose Catering Company is not responsible for issues or damages caused by inclement weather, rain, acts of God, or other causes outside our reasonable control, nor shall The Cooked Goose Catering Company be held liable for such losses.
